TOOL AND DIE MAKERS Looking for toolmakers to build or repair all types, sizes, shapes of jigs, fixtures, tools and dies. Assemble and try out complex tools and dies on manufacturing equipment • Must understand the processes to maintain, troubleshoot, rebuild, modify, improve and fabricate tooling/replacement components for tooling programs. • Unscheduled and preventative tool maintenance • Participate in set up and testing of tooling to produce product to specifications • Perform part strip/tool inspection and evaluation to support production. • Make recommendations for repairs or improvements • Reads/interprets blueprints, works from verbal/written instructions or from part • May work with product designers providing input to manufacturing capability on newly formed products • Job duties as assigned by supervisor/manager • High School Diploma or its equivalent • Work to close tolerances • Completion of formal apprenticeship program or completion of in-company, training program. • Requires high degree of precision and control in work where damage could be Please submit resume to sarrington@precisionconcepts.com
