Description of Duties: Set-up, program, as well as design and make electrodes for the running of high precision, close tolerance tools, dies and fixtures. If you are a self-starter and enjoy working with little or no supervision, you will enjoy this job.
Brief description of products and services: Low and high-volume domestic production of components with dramatically improved speed, ease, and cost of manufacturing and assembly.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Makino Sinker EDAF3, Makino 5-axis, 3+1 and 3-axis. Wire water and oil. Hole Popper, Knee mill 3-axis, Hardwige lathe HLV, wet grinder, surfact grinder.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Research and production engineering staff
Brief description of tooling materials: Aluminum, Stainless, Carbide, Plastic

Brief description of Vacation Policy: Accrual of 2 weeks between year 1 through year 5. Accrual of 3 weeks between year 6 through year 10. Accrual of 4 weeks at year 11 and thereafter.
