Description of Duties
Repair dies as per print and/or written/verbal instructions and perform maintenance on running tools. Updates tool print changes. Work with design engineering during fabrication and grooming of experimental and permanent tooling.

CEP is an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified global high volume precision metal stamping company customizing in automotive ignition spark plug and distributor terminals. CEP is a global source for miniature to small thin gauged progressive metal stampings.

EDM Drill, Heat Treat and Temper furnace, Horizontal Band Saw, Jig Bore Machine, Lathe, Vertical Optical Comparator, Surface Grinders, Milling Machines, Vertical Band Saws, Drill Presses, Mitsubishi Wire EDM and Sinker EDMs
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
Correctly reads and interprets engineering blueprints/specifications. Work closely with design engineering during fabrication and grooming of experimental and permanent tooling. Communicates equipment related problems correctly.

Brief description of Vacation Policy
Vacation entitlements are determined on June 30th of every year. All full-time employees are entitled to paid vacation time only if they are in the employment of the company on the entitlement date (June 30th). The entitlement is based on length of service. During the first calendar year of employment and prior to June 30th of that year, the eligible employee will be entitled to a portion of time based on actual months of service. From the second (2nd) year to the completion of the fifth (5th) year of service, an eligible employee will receive two (2) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year. After the completion of five (5) years of service, the eligible employee will receive three (3) weeks of vacation per calendar year.
