Position Open: Progressive Tooling
Other Job: In need of a press operator to support production by the correct and safe operation of an automatic power press. Additional responsibilities include die set up, machine adjustments, and the simultaneous operation of multiple presses.
Shift: first
Description of Duties: Operates automatic power press and auxiliary equipment. Correctly sets up die in a press making feed and machine adjustments.
Brief description of products and services: Miniature stamped parts used in medical, automobile, and electrical industries. Customized precision metal stampings and automotive ignition spark plug and distributor terminals
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Rotary Screw Air Compressor Automatic Take up Winders Multislides - Tonnage to 20tons Horizontal and Vertical Material Payoffs Power Presses with Electronic and Mechanical Material Feeds- Tonnage to 60 tons- Speeds to 1200 SPM
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Production systems design and control Manufacturing cost estimating Industrial safety Preventive equipment maintenance. Identifies, handles, and requisitions raw material.
Brief description of tooling materials: Beryllium Brass Cold Rolled Steel Copper Copper Stainless Steel Exotic Coil Strip Phosphor-Bronze

Brief description of Vacation Policy: Vacation entitlements are determined on June 30th of every year. All full-time employees are entitled to paid vacation time only if they are in the employment of the company on the entitlement date (June 30th). The entitlement is based on length of service. During the first calendar year of employment and prior to June 30th of that year, the eligible employee will be entitled to a portion of time based on actual months of service. From the second (2nd) year to the completion of the fifth (5th) year of service, an eligible employee will receive two (2) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year. After the completion of five (5) years of service, the eligible employee will receive three (3) weeks of vacation per calendar year.
