Brief description of Vacation Policy
Vacation entitlements are determined on June 30th of every year. All full-time employees are entitled to paid vacation time only if they are in the employment of the company on the entitlement date (June 30th). The entitlement is based on length of service. During the first calendar year of employment and prior to June 30th of that year, the eligible employee will be entitled to a portion of time based on actual months of service. From the second (2nd) year to the completion of the fifth (5th) year of service, an eligible employee will receive two (2) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year. After the completion of five (5) years of service, the eligible employee will receive three (3) weeks of vacation per calendar year.
