Description of Duties: Works with our engineer to design competitive and intuitive progressive tooling. Other duties will be form grinding, surface grinding, electrode fabrication, tool change over.
Brief description of products and services: Manufacturer of small hermetically sealed coined electronic components; such as frames, base plates, headers, caps, flanges, lids, and covers.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: The tool room has access to many manual surface grinders as well as one automatic surface grinder. They are supported by a wire EDM specialist who uses two Mitsubishi MD grade wire EDM's. There is also full support of a machinist.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: There is one engineer to support all tool & die operations. The engineering department utilizes PTC CREO as well as auto cad to support drawings.
Brief description of tooling materials: D2, A2, CPM, & most carbides.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: Every employee received 13 days paid time off for the year.
