Shift: first
Description of Duties: Develops die function and structure by studying blueprints, product, and prototypes; applying knowledge of material under stress, machining and assembly methods, and mathematics.
Brief description of products and services: CAD Design, Die Build Complex, accurate wire-work and tight tolerances are Qualtek’s specialty. We can use Wire EDM on any metal that conducts electricity.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Mills, Lathes, Wire EDM, C&C, Grinders
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Fusion 360, Solid Works, Esprit CAM
Brief description of tooling materials: CPM, A2, D2, Carbide

Brief description of Vacation Policy: PTO: 1 - 5 years: 100 hours / year 5 - 10 years: 140 hours / year 10 + years: 180 hours / year
