Description of Duties: Experienced and skilled in building, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance of Tooling and Dies.
Brief description of products and services: Experience with tool steels and their applications. Experience with commonly stamped metals such as cold-rolled steels, hot-rolled steels, and stainless steels.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Experienced and skilled in understanding layouts, drawings, sketches and performing machining of components using drill press, milling machine, lathe, grinder, saw and other machines. Use of measuring equipment.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Die Designers support the shop operations. AutoCAD design software.
Brief description of tooling materials: Common tool steels.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: 2 weeks vacation after 90 days of service. 3 weeks vacation after 15 years of service.
