Description of Duties: Setup and machine dies and molds as per requested in an efficient time frame to achieve quality, costs, and delivery targets. Learn and Utilize in an efficient manner, Smirt & Mastercam shop floor programming to complete dies and molds.
Brief description of products and services: World-class automotive stamping dies.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Daily Tasks: Set up large vertical machining centers. G-Code and shop floor programming [Fanuc & Okuma Machine controls.]
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Required Skills: Familiar with set up and operating large 3-5 axis vertical machines along with small manual machines. CNC G-code programming. Full knowledge of metric system.
Brief description of tooling materials: Gray/ductile irons & assorting tool steels [A2].
