Other Job: Lead tool design process to support and expand company’s metal forming capabilities and related manufacturing processes.

Description of Duties: Work directly with Engineering, Toolroom, and Program Management to design stamping dies, gages, fixtures, and related equipment for in-plant use.
Brief description of products and services: Waukesha Metal Products is an international full service metal stamping and fabrication partner dedicated to delivering high quality and best value products to our customers.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: CNC's Wire EDM Grinders Lathes Overhead crane
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Engineering department with design capability using primarily Solidworks and Logo Press software, also FTI formability software.
Brief description of tooling materials: Multiple grades of tool steel used to manufacture metal stampings per customer specifications.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: Pro-Rated the year of hire 80 hours - 1st of year following hire 120 hours - at 3 years 160 hours - at 5 years Can buy one additional (40 hours) week of PTO time.
