Description of Duties: Daily planning and scheduling. Injection mold and tooling assembly. Trial maturation and installation at Honda plants. Injection mold and IP tooling concern trouble shooting counter-measures for mass production support.
Brief description of products and services: Plastic injection mold construction, maturation, troubleshooting and installation, cavity polishing, hot runner assembly, basic hydraulic systems
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Install activity and any EGJ (EGA Japan) Japan Trips can involve travel of 1-4 weeks at a time with an average of 10 days at a time for mold installation at non-Ohio plants (Canada, Mexico Alabama, Indiana, etc).
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Plastic injection and instrument panel (IP) mod and tooling technician
Brief description of tooling materials: Plastics mold maintenance/mold maker background. Strong mechanical aptitude. Good hand-eye coordination (for grinding, welding, spotting and assembly duties).
