A growing company that specializes in tool and die and Stamping with machines up to 3000 ton. Located Canada Mexico USA. Looking to fill positions for In press die repair and trouble shoot. we are in need of a Tool room Supervisor with in press experience and trouble shooting expertise. Also we need a Maintenance supervisor with heavy press expertise.

Trouble shooting and repair of stamping dies. Welding/grinding/fitting and trouble shooting in press repairs.

Brief description of products and services

products heavy frame rails/heavy blanking using transfer equipment and progressive Feed lines.

Brief description of tool room support equipment

CNC/welders/surface grinders/Blanchard Grinders/50 ton cranes/radial drills/milling/wire EDMs machines /full tool room.

Brief description of engineering support systems and staff

Engineering/sales/tooling product and simulations available with reverse engineer technology.

Brief description of tooling materials

A2/D2/4140/P20/ all tooling steels found in a common Stamping tool.
