Position Open: Progressive Tooling
Other Job: Job Summary: Possess the ability to work as a team member to build, assemble and troubleshoot high speed progressive dies. Must be proficient in shop math, trigonometry, blue print reading and be able to communicate by speaking and writing in English.

Description of Duties: Record keeping: Maintain computer Die repair records Machine maintenance and repair. Surface/Form grinding and machining of parts. Fill-in where needed in the Pressroom and other plant areas, based on availability.
Brief description of products and services: Job Shop environment, contract metal stampings manufactured from .002" - .030" thick copper based alloys.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: (2) Wire Edm Machines (2) Vertical Milling Machines (6) 6" x 18" Surface Grinders (1) Brown & Sharpe 8" x 18" Grinder (1) Harrison 10-AA Variable Speed Tool Room Lathe
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: One full time tool designer. Two seats of ProE design software.
Brief description of tooling materials: Omega works with O-1, A-2, S-7, D-2, CPM-10V, CPM-9V tool steels and different grades of carbide.
