Position Open: Progressive Tooling
Other Job: Tooling Designer We are currently have an opening for our New Tooling and Technology Center.
Shift: first
Description of Duties: Analyze internal and external customer specifications and standards, piece part prints, 3D CAD Data, and collaborates with team members, to design tools, fixtures and gauges
Brief description of products and services: Must be proficient in the advanced use of Solidworks to enhance 3D capabilities both from a part development design standpoint as well as design for manufacturing
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Quick Press application for Solidworks would be extremely helpful; in addition to familiarity with Dynaform simulation software.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Position will report to the Director of Engineering and New Tooling
Brief description of tooling materials: Leader in metal stamping
