Description of Duties: Responsible for designing in 3D models, following manufacture and processing of injection molds for North American mass pro facilities. Work closely with external and internal customers to ensure high quality parts. 33% Design, 66% maturation.
Brief description of products and services: We provide A-Class tooling and support for production facilities. Injection molds, instrument panel crush pad tooling, die cast molds, and other small test jigs/dies.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Spotting, and Injection Presses. Bridge Cranes. GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, and Laser Welding. Manual Mill, Lathe, and Surface Grinder. Large CNC machining centers. All equipment provided by us! Engineers only expected to run the press equipment.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Mold design engineer supports machining, assembly, trials, and mass production on site.
Brief description of tooling materials: GM 241, 246, 238, and 336 (Grey and Ductile), A2, H13, P20, 4140, etc.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: Associates hired into production roles (ex. Production Associate, Operator, Line Support, Quality Staff) will receive 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) within one week of their hire date. All other non-exempt associates will receive 80 hours of PTO within one week of their hire date. After 5 years associates receive 120 hours of PTO per year. At 15 years of service associates receive 160 hours of PTO.
