-Positions offered in Yonkers, NY and San Antonio, Texas -Must be Journeyman Toolmaker -Experience with progressive dies 60 ton and smaller presses -Ability to read engineering drawings with an understanding of IPS measurements (inch, pound, second) -Experience using precision measurement tools, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. -Experience with surface grinding, mills and lathes -Knowledge of CNC machining operations a plus -Must have a basic knowledge of press operation and the basics of setting a press (setting pitch and shut height)

Repair dies as per print and/or written/verbal instructions. Update tooling prints. Identify opportunities for improvement. Assist production staff with set-up, tear down, troubleshooting, and feed control settings.

Brief description of Vacation Policy
Vacation entitlements are determined on June 30th of every year. All full-time employees are entitled to paid vacation time only if they are in the employment of the company on the entitlement date (June 30th). The entitlement is based on length of service. During the first calendar year of employment and prior to June 30th of that year, the eligible employee will be entitled to a portion of time based on actual months of service. From the second (2nd) year to the completion of the fifth (5th) year of service, an eligible employee will receive two (2) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year. After the completion of five (5) years of service, the eligible employee will receive three (3) weeks of vacation per calendar year.
