Organized & detailed oriented; research plastic materials & various fields of mfg; communication with customers; write & submit quotations; Saturday hours; work with Molding Mgr to est. cost of molds.

Brief description of products and services

General products produced at this facility include stamping, conventional molding; insert molding and assembly components for the electronics, consumer, commercial, military and medical industries.

Brief description of tool room support equipment

Bruderer high speed presses, Sankyo specialty feeds, P/A Industries reeling equipment, Nissei reel to reel mold presses, Argburg rotary mold presses, Proprietary assembly machines & standard support equipment for each department.

Brief description of engineering support systems and staff

SolidWorks/AutoCad exp. preferred; read & understand mfg. part prints; excellent math, oral & written skills; eff. in Microsoft Off.; ability to work independent & w/diverse team environ; multitask a must; communicate w/cust.& vendors; confidentialit

Brief description of tooling materials

Die tooling includes all tool steels -A2,A6,D2 & S7. Die sets are meehanite, mild steel and Fortal aluminum. Carbide grades (i.e.,CD-337,CD-650 & CD-750, stamping materials (i.e.,.002-.032" thick coil stock)and raw materials.
