Manufacturer of precision metal stampings, progressive dies and mechanical assemblies. We have an immediate opening for a Class A Progressive Die Maker. Candidate must have 7+ years’ experience building new progressive dies as well as the ability to debug and maintain progressive dies in a fast-paced job shop environment. Description of Duties

Building, debugging and maintaining all types of dies including progressive, compound, blanking, draw and secondary dies.

Brief description of products and services

Our company provides high volume metal stampings across a broad range of industries, including the automotive, plumbing, medical and security industries, among others. We also build and maintain all of our own progressive dies to produce these parts.

CNC mills and lathes Manual mills and lathes Wide array of surface grinding equipment Wire Edm machines

Brief description of engineering support systems and staff

Staff Engineers as well as CNC programmers utilize the latest 3D CAD modeling and programming systems to assist in building our progressive dies and quality fixtures/gages.

Brief description of tooling materials

Utilize carbide, high speed, A2, D2 and PM tool steels to create all die components, punches and inserts.
